Many of the paintings in the gallery are inspired by music and dance.

I love dancing, especially to jazz, funk and hiphop.

I try to create a visual language associated to musical qualities.

Many expressions apply to both music and visual art: colour tone - tone colour, composition, "blue" music etc.

Tones and rhythms make me think of different dynamic ornamental shapes.

The greatest challenge in visualizing music is translating this invisible and moving media into a visible static image.

I attempt to convey the fluctuating character of music and cause the viewers eyes to wander.

I also enjoy working in a naturalistic style, especially stilllifes where I explore different textures and reflections.
